CUSTOM ENGINE KIT

We develop and produce made-to-order KITS for improving various aspects of historic engines used in both production and racing cars.

Depending on the request we can propose various solutions to modernize and improve the reliability and performance of historic engines while minimizing the elevated costs associated with the R&D needed for reaching significant results.

-These KITS do not include development costs, these costs are only included for KIT EXCLUSIVE supplies
- You can buy each step separately
- The KITS already made are also completely customizable according to the customer’s technical specifications
- Each customer can chose whether to install the KIT on their own or request our support for the first installation
- Together with each KIT, we can also provide support for the testing and final tuning of the engine

Depending on the type of engine, we provide a reliability upgrade kit and up to 4 different enhancement kits; all completely customizable according to the customer’s specific requests and the use conditions of the car

UPGRADE KIT

The upgrade kit is developed to improve engine reliability and includes all of the following modifications:

-Improvement in friction losses and engine component tolerances

-lubrication and cooling system update
-crankshaft components upgrade
-improvements in possible reliability defects tied specifically to internal engine components

CUSTOM ENGINE KIT

Each CUSTOM ENGINE KIT consists of 4 steps:

STEP 1:

Basic step to improve general performance and optimize engine power band; designed for engines to be used Regularity Rallys and amateur events.
Performance increase up to 8% over the stock engine power

STEP 2:

Intermediate step to improve engine performance, favoring power output at medium-low revs.
Depending on the configuration, the kit is suitable for vehicles participating in rally races and competitions on highly driven circuits.
Performance increase up to 15% over the stock engine power

STEP 3:

Advanced step designed for engines used for track competitions, both for sprint and endurance races; power delivery is optimized and adapted according to the specific requirements of the customer and their driving style.
Kit C also includes a structural upgrade of the engine components to make it reliable even during extreme use conditions.
Performance increase up to 25% over the stock engine power

STEP 4:

This kit is designed and developed to obtain the maximum power that can be reached by the engine, they are available both in the standard displacement version and the larger displacement version; for aspirated engines there is also the option for conversion to a turbochargedr engines. Through this kit the entire layout of the engine is modified and all its internal components and auxiliary components are built ad hoc.
